The input to this service are datasets of metagenomic data as DNA sequences and we provide taxonomic classifications, function analyses through Kegg pathways, Gene Ontologies, etc. Plotting of data is available whenever possible and also data browsers as Java applets for example.Tundra is a piechart visualization and edition software. Currently is available for Windows but we are working in versions for Osx and Linux distributions.
